In this step, we conduct an initial interview in order to determine what you are looking for, what your needs may be, and how we can best help you. Our goal will be to give you a clear sense of the entire process, the costs and projected timeline.

Together, we will determine:

• What product or products you are looking for.
• What your component options are.
• How the product will be packaged and packed.
• What other parts, materials, components,
   or services may be required.
• What quantities we will be producing.
• If we can determine an annual projection of needs.
• Any special testing required.
• When you need to take delivery.

This information will enable PLS to present you with a detailed quotation, including unit costs, start-up or one-time charges, what you the customer may need to provide, and a clear timeline for delivery of finished goods to your door.

 

Our factory is now your factory! In this step, we are submitting stock or custom samples and, if necessary, making adjustments to get your product exactly the way you want it.

You will be evaluating formulation, flavors/scents, and,
if applicable, colors. Although we normally do not charge for a reasonable amount of lab time, at this point we may require a Purchase order and a deposit, especially if we are special-ordering supplies, rushing an order, or working to meet a deadline.

If we have not already done so, upon product approval, we will require a Purchase Order and deposit, usually in the amount of 50.00% of the Invoice.

This enables PLS to order raw materials, components and packaging, and to schedule the production. Allowing for special circumstances, the deposit is typically non-refundable.

 

This is the easiest step of all for you, the customer! Our 'award-winning' process is now in full motion. Your 'Private Label' is coming to life.

Our staff goes to task to create exactly what you ordered with great attention to detail and the highest quality assurance. We love what we do and it shows in our final product.
