PLS President Karl S. Halpert was the featured speaker for the US Commercial Service Department webinar held on February 24, 2010. Halpert served on a panel with Chris Ono of the US Consolate in Japan and Grace Sung of the Consolate in South Korea. Halpert and fellow panelists discussed export issues and trade obstacles, and presented practical solutions for profiting from lucrative Asian markets. The webinar was cast internationally and attended by 75 participants.
