PLS President Karl S. Halpert spent four days in Hong Kong at Cosmoprof, the cosmetics industry’s largest trade show in Asia, as the guest of the US Department of Commerce. Representatives of the US Consolate in Hong Kong and Taiwan arranged meetings with Asian retailers and cosmetics companies which were held at the Hong Kong Convention Centre in Wan Chai, Hong Kong.
