Halpert was named New Mexico Small Business Exporter of the Year by the Small Business Administration, after being nominated by Sandra Necessary of the US Department of Commerce. This was one of five major awards given to New Mexico entrepreneurs each year, and is in recognition of PLS’ emerging growth into Global markets.
