PLS President Karl S. Halpert was a featured speaker at the Natural Products Expo West addressing  Labeling and Organic standards for the Cosmetics and Personal Care industries. As one of the Expo’s opening conferences, the engagement was well attended with over 100 people at the event. Halpert met with several industry members after the conference as well.
