PLS President Karl S. Halpert currently serves on Governor Bill Richardson’s New Mexico Task Force on International Trade, along with representatives from Intel and Hewlett Packard. The group is led by Commerce Secretary Mondragon and will be exploring ways to promote global trade for New Mexico companies.
